Why do you have a voice message service rather than a live customer service agent?

Live customer service is in the works. We have tried to build a company that exceeds expectations so contact is minimal so it hasn't been a direct need. Although, as we grow we do realize that having the ability to speak with a live person is needed at times. We have committed to returning all calls as soon as possible normally within the hour if left during our customer service business hours. Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm PST.

Why don't you show shipping and delivery estimates?

Unfortunately, our order management software does not integrate directly with our site. We are working on this and should have a better representation of when orders should be shipped by and estimated delivery dates. In our policy we state that our orders normally ship within 5 business days, this is actually a little slow, we normally ship within 2. Although there are outliers and special order products that do take a few days more. We are working on getting you that information up front.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Unfortunately we are not set up for shipping options other than ground. We currently work with a network of fulfillment warehouses around the country as well as ship out of Los Angeles and Kentucky. Expedited shipping is a little more than we can handle at the moment and we would not want to promise something we can't adhere to.

Why was my order cancelled?

There are various reasons that an order may be cancelled. Pricing or stock variances with actual stock in the warehouse, as well as we have implemented a new policy to automatically cancel orders where the shipping and billing address differ are the most common. If you need an exemption to this such as ordering for your business or as a gift please email support@bundlestop.com prior to placing the order with your exemption reason.
