Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, to either accept or decline your order for any reason. reserves the right, without prior notice, to supply less than the quantity of any item ordered. All orders are subject to credit approval, and all items are limited to supply on hand. The customer is responsible for paying any freight charge and restocking fee caused by refused shipment or unclaimed goods.

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of their order by reviewing the order confirmation e-mail. is not responsible for non-receipt of communication e-mails due to incorrectly entering an email address, spam block, or any other e-mail failures. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 1 hour of placing the order, please contact our customer service to make us aware of the problem and to verify the validity of the email address on file.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel an Order up until notification of order processing is sent via email or if the product is in “back-order” status. Once the order has physically shipped, in part or in full, it is considered fulfilled and is subject to any applicable re-stocking fee in case of return. To request an order cancellation, please contact Customer Service via email or by phone. Order is not considered Cancelled until you receive a notification that states that we have been able to stop the order from physically leaving our premises. Special Orders may not be canceled once the order has been accepted and charged for. In some cases we may be able to cancel a Special Order, however, you may be charged a cancellation fee of 25%. It may take up to 30 days to process a full refund.

Payment Methods

We currently accept US and Canadian Bank-issued MasterCard, VISA, American Express, and Discover credit card payments. We also accept payments via PayPal and Google Checkout with a verified address. When creating your account, please be sure to provide your complete and exact billing address and telephone number that matches the one your credit card company has on file for your account. Incorrect information, as well as ship-to address different from billing, may cause a delay in processing your order. In some cases, we may accept Business or Government Purchase Orders payable with a Wire Transfer or a Company check if Net terms have been established. Shipping Policy

All credit card orders for “in-stock” products placed by 3 PM PST (US Pacific Standard Time) on any business day are normally shipped within 1-5 business days upon payment approval. All orders received after 3:00 PM PST are considered received on the following business day. We do not ship items on weekends or regular bank holidays. No items will be delivered on weekends or holidays. If there are any anticipated delays in shipping your order, you may be contacted by our Customer Service representative via e-mail or by phone, with options of accepting the order at an estimated date or canceling for a refund of the item back-ordered.

“Free Ground Shipping” products may take 7 -10 business days to be delivered and may not have a tracking number available. reserves the right to change freight carriers and shipping methods for your order without prior notice. Expedited orders will be delivered by any method of choosing and are guaranteed to be delivered on or before the chosen delivery date.

Taxes and duties must charge Sales Tax on any orders shipped to addresses within the state of California. Each customer shall be responsible for any fees and taxes required by the locality where the product is shipped.

Recent changes in interstate commerce require us to charge sales taxes in certain states. States may be added to this list without notice. If these taxes are applicable, you will see an additional Sales Tax charged at the time of the checkout. Please contact Customer Service to see if your product will be charged a sales tax.

Canadian Customs and Brokerage Fees

Any customs fees and duties for all Canadian orders are the responsibility of the customer. ships all orders as purchases and never as gifts. Currently, uses United Parcel Service (UPS) freight carrier for most shipments to Canada. Please be aware that aside from the regular duties, UPS charges a brokerage fee for deliveries to Canadian destinations. Damaged Shipments

For your protection, purchases excess value coverage from the various Interstate Common Carriers that we employ to ensure that the merchandise you ordered arrives undamaged. The charge for this coverage is included in the handling fees that we charge.

In the unlikely event that your shipment arrives with physical damage or shortage:

  1. Advise the carrier’s representative that there is physical damage (or a shortage) and note the damage (or a shortage) on the “airbill” (all damage must be stated on the “airbill”).

  2. No damage/shortage claims are accepted AFTER the delivery has been made.

  3. Do NOT sign the “airbill” stating that the merchandise was received in Good Condition unless you agree that it is so.

  4. Retain all shipping materials.

  5. Notify our Customer Service as soon as possible.

  6. A representative of the Interstate Common Carrier will contact you to make arrangements for viewing and assessing the damages.


All products shipped to US and Canada are guaranteed against manufacturer defects for 21 days from the date of invoice (date when the order was picked up by the freight carrier). Warranty is voided without receipt or invoice. Refer to Return Policy for warranty claim procedure.

There is no warranty for physically damaged items, which may have cracks, missing pins, burn marks, or other obvious physical damage. Any items found to be abused, misused, mishandled, modified or altered, damaged by power surges, floods, brownouts, or other natural disasters are not covered by the manufacturer warranty. Warranty sticker and serial numbers must be intact on all returned merchandise.

Repaired or replaced RMA items carry the original warranty of the product. If a replacement is not available, reserves the right to repair the products, replace them with similar products of equal or greater value or offer upgraded products at a minimum fee, if the item has been discontinued from our product line. accepts no liability concerning any software or data contained in any products or parts sold by or returned to We do not offer cross shipping. To receive a replacement in place of a refund, you must place a new order for the new item and get a confirmation via email from that your order was accepted specifically as an exchange. A replacement will be shipped via UPS Ground or US Mail within 12-15 business days after the returned item is received. If a replacement item is not available at that time, credit of the same value will be issued to your account. Express shipping is available at an additional cost. reserves the right to refuse to ship a replacement and may issue an appropriate refund for any return.
